Flocons de Neige
My very first special Christmas design!
It's about 108" very approx when complete Pinewood Christmas
Inspired by those very festive features - poinsettia, stars and crackers - this really evokes all the fun of the festive season.
The quilt is about 94" x 94" when completed Cranberry Shortcake
This is one colourway of my 'Berry Shortcake' design which was listed on the main quilts' page. This colourway is also featured in that pattern
The quilt is around 66" square when finished. Jewel Box
Inspired by the Christmases of my childhood, when we would get out one of my great-aunt's jewel boxes which played 'Silent Night', this reproduces as accurately as I can remember, the laquered top.
Glitterball
This was originally the December 2019 pattern of the month, and lends itself to being worked in whatever festive colourscheme you might have in mind!
The quilt is around 72" square when finished. Nordic Noel
This was originally the December 2021 pattern of the month. It is a biggie - 103" x 119" if worked as pictured, but you can miss bands off, and mess with the width by not adding so many repetitions if you choose.
Led by a Star
This was originally the December 2022 pattern of the month. It is a relatively small design for me - 66" square - but you can mess with the borders a little to make it bigger or smaller as required

Sarabande
My second special Christmas design!
It's about 108" very approx when complete Yuletide Wreath
This was the December pattern in the 2018 Calendar.
The quilt is about 92" when finished. Croeso
This was originally the December 2020 pattern of the month, although I have also reworked it in Makower fabrics (see the Makower Mania page) and designed some companion pieces to go with it. Patterns for the latter are currently a work in progress! 'Croeso' means 'welcome' in Welsh.
The quilt is around 64" x 74" when finished. Tied up with String
Because everybody likes a surprise, don't they?!
The quilt is about 78" x 78" when finished. Friends for Christmas
This design grew out of a bit of online help I gave a friend to help her finish a quilt she was working on. So the title seemed kind of appropriate!
Christmas Star
Everybody loves making their festive table look extra special so I designed this table centrepiece to give a real seasonal 'wow' factor to your arrangements. It is based around the 'Christmas Star' block

"Years and years ago, when I was a boy, when there were wolves in Wales, and birds the color of red-flannel petticoats whisked past the harp-shaped hills, when we sang and wallowed all night and day in caves that smelt like Sunday afternoons in damp front farmhouse parlors, and we chased, with the jawbones of deacons, the English and the bears, before the motor car, before the wheel, before the duchess-faced horse, when we rode the daft and happy hills bareback, it snowed and it snowed. But here a small boy says: "It snowed last year, too. I made a snowman and my brother knocked it down and I knocked my brother down and then we had tea." = Dylan Thomas "A Child's Christmas in Wales"
