A little about the design
Regular clients of mine know that I absolutely love a mystery project because it gives me the chance to tease you all for a few months, as you try to work out what the finished design looks like. This project will be no exception – in some things I find it impossible to grow up, and this is one of them!
We all love autumn colours, so this was an easy one for my overactive imagination to persuade me to get busy with. Obviously I can't show you the completed design - because it wouldn't be a mystery project then, would it? – but I can guarantee it will always bring a happy smile to your face, remembering walks in the sunshine, kicking piles of leaves and enjoying the best of Nature's artwork. The fabrics I have chosen are very similar – but not exactly – the ones I used for an old Limited Edition project (Castell Llangynwyd) so if you were disappointed about missing out on that one, this I promise will be a worthy equivalent.
It is a ten month project, starting in September 2023

Technical Stuff
The image shown is one of the blocks from the design, to give you an idea of the palette I've used. The quilt is around 108" although there is considerable scope to make it larger or smaller when it comes to adjusting borders. It will be a ten month project. |
